Send us a text, email, or give us a call and tell us what’s going on with your device. Once we confirm the diagnostic or repair plan, we’ll send a quick digital work order with the quote straight to your phone.

2. Drop Off Anytime (Day or Night)

You’ll receive a private code to our secure, 24/7 monitored drop-box located at our Concord workshop. Swing by whenever it suits you—early morning, late evening, or over the weekend.

3. Precision Repair & Fast Turnaround

We get straight to work on the bench. Most standard repairs are completed same-day or within 24-48 hours. We keep you updated every step of the way with photos and notes on what we find.

4. Easy Payment & Secure Pickup

Once the repair tests 100% functional, we’ll send over a summary invoice. We accept all major cards, tap-to-pay, invoice links, and digital options (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App). Once settled, you'll receive your pickup code to retrieve your revived device whenever you're ready.

Policies & FAQ

  • Our diagnostic fee is $59.99, and it's only charged if you decline the repair. If you go ahead with the repair, it's rolled into the repair price.

  • Repairs carry a 1-year warranty that matches our parts distributor's coverage. Some parts carry shorter coverage, and we'll tell you up front if that applies to your repair.

  • Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion are considered abandoned.

  • If a device can't be repaired economically, you can choose to recycle it with us for parts instead of paying the diagnostic fee.
