I offered a diagnostic service, where I will pinpoint the issue with your device and likely offer a repair if I am able. This is a very broad diagnostic service and essentially will include two hours of diagnostic labor. If it takes less than that time, price will be adjusted accordingly. Standard labor rate for this is 29.99+tax per hour, so standard fee is 59.99+tax. If I determine that there is a repair that I can offer and you decide to go through with it, this fee will be waived in lieu of agreed upon amount; you will never have to pay for both the repair and the diagnostics.
